Compensation & Benefits:

• $280k Year One
• Base Salary:Competitive salary commensurate with experience $220k DOE
• Performance Bonus:$20k Production bonus incentive
• Sign-On Bonus:$100k Generous sign-on + relocation assistance

Qualifications:

• Degree:Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric NP, or Physician Assistant
• Licensure:Active California license (or eligible to obtain one)
• Experience:Accepting experienced & 2026 grads
