Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine PA/NP- Full-time
- Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, availability needed between 7:00 AM5:00 PM (shift hours vary based on practice needs)
- 4-day workweek
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a cost-effective, efficient, compassionate manner
- Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage patients within scope of practice, exercising sound clinical judgment
- Maintain efficient patient scheduling while meeting productivity expectations
- Ensure accurate documentation, diagnostic and CPT coding, and appropriate use of ancillary services and specialty consultations
- Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives
- Use of EHR systems and standard medical office technology
Requirements:- Graduate of a nationally recognized PA or NP training program
- NC licensure required; certification preferred
- 13 years of experience preferred
- Influenza vaccine required as a condition of employment
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
