Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
Pay Rate: $67/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: 32.5–40 hours per week, including every other weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition planning
• Conduct routine examinations and diagnostic testing to support positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, preventive care, and wellness initiatives
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals
• Encourage patients to actively participate in their healthcare and well-being
• Perform administrative responsibilities including:
• • Opening and closing the clinic
  • Inventory management
  • Patient follow-up
  • Insurance verification and payment collection
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
• Handle patient appointments and documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification
• Active State license to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in:
• • Family Medicine
  • Primary Care
  • Urgent Care
• Working knowledge of quality measurement and chronic disease management
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely within a clinical care team structure
• Proficient with healthcare technology and information management systems
• Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
• Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
