The Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care services to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, and providing patient education focused on health promotion and disease prevention. The FNP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and coordinated care tailored to the diverse needs of the community served.
