Responsibilities
Conduct physical exams and health assessments of patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
Document patient history and clinical findings accurately
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate
