What You’ll Do

• Refill medications and triage patient messages under protocol
• Document care processes accurately using available electronic systems
• Support community members by delivering high-quality, continuous care

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Family Nurse Practitioner license
• 1+ year of experience in a clinical or family practice setting
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to work independently in a clinic environment
