We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Merrillville who wants clinical autonomy, stable compensation, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships through outpatient primary care.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive medicine, acute care, chronic disease management, and continuity across the lifespan. You’ll have organizational and clinical support while maintaining meaningful independence in your daily practice.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000–$135,000
• Medical: employee-only plans starting at $38.93/pay period
• Dental: $17.81/pay period
• Vision: $2.23/pay period
• 120 hours vacation plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits

• Relocation considered case-by-case
