Patient experience & flow: Deliver attentive care, keep clinic flow moving to reduce wait times, run telemedicine visits, and partner with medical assistants, scribes, and aftercare teams. Tech-enabled documentation: Document encounters in the EMR and use AI copilots for documentation, clinical decision support, and admin, keeping records timely and compliant. Team collaboration & leadership: Work alongside physicians and clinical staff, mentor interns and students, and contribute ideas to improve clinic efficiency.
