We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide primary care and health promotion services in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. What Youll Do:
• Provide primary care services, including well-child visits, school physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management. • Conduct health education and promotion for individuals and groups. • Administer or prescribe treatments and medications as appropriate. • Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work. • Evaluate and treat minor illnesses and injuries. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records. • Refer patients for specialty services when needed. • Perform procedures within the scope of competency. • Uphold strict patient confidentiality and clinic protocols. • Collaborate with medical leadership on additional services as needed. • Serve as a key Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) resource for patients navigating chronic conditions, preventive care, and community health services.
What You Bring:
• Completion of MSN and accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program. • Current Oregon license to practice medicine. • DEA license and CPR certification. • Current BLS certificate. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. • Commitment to confidentiality and culturally responsive care. • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends. • Experience in FQHC or underserved settings preferred.
