What You’ll Do
  • Provide primary care and psychiatric support to diverse age groups, primarily adults
  • Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans based on clinical protocols
  • Administer medications, order labs, and coordinate with mental health teams
  • Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
  • Participate in CPI training and maintain compliance with safety standards
  • Cover scheduled shifts Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic patient care

What You Need
  • Valid Massachusetts Family Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP-BC)
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in family medicine or related field
  • Ability to work independently, with strong interpersonal skills
  • CPI training completion preferred
  • Experience with inpatient psych patients is a plus but not required
