What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients aged 10 and older, including elderly populations
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting
Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
Support the safety and well-being of patients in a dynamic clinical environment
Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
Contribute to a stable, expanding team committed to ongoing patient care
What You Need Required:
Active Massachusetts license with independent practice authority for FNP
Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a family medicine or psychiatric setting
Ability to drive locally; must be a current or previous credentialed provider at Leonard campus preferred
Preferred:
Experience with adolescent and elderly patient populations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
