We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join a growing functional and integrative medicine practice in Newberg, OR. This practice combines conventional medicine with functional and integrative approaches, giving providers the opportunity to offer patients expanded treatment options based on their individual needs.

This is a unique opportunity for an FNP who wants to take a more comprehensive approach to patient care while working in a supportive environment that values provider expertise and autonomy.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and evaluate patients' overall health.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.
Provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan, from infants through older adults.
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment and care plans.
Partner with patients and families to establish appropriate health goals and treatment plans.
Provide patient education and counseling focused on disease prevention, health management, and wellness.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
Stay current with developments in internal medicine, family practice, nursing, and integrative healthcare.
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through personalized and compassionate care.

Experience & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Strong clinical background and knowledge of internal medicine and family practice.
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
