Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA). This is a great opportunity for a provider who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and being part of a collaborative clinical team.

This role requires the ability to float between our Pflugerville and South Austin locations.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (unencumbered)
- Current DEA registration (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience (preferred)
- Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours
- Must be able to float between Pflugerville and South Austin locations
Schedule
- 32 clinical hours per week
- Clinical shifts: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Clinic Hours:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
