Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Community Health Center of Central Wyoming (CHCCW) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The Family Nurse Practitioner is a licensed healthcare provider responsible for delivering outpatient primary care services to patients across their lifespan. Working within the scope of practice established by the State of Wyoming, the FNP independently evaluates, diagnose, treats, and manages a wide variety of acute and chronic health conditions while promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyles.

Work Environment

• Primarily outpatient clinic setting
• Occasional travel between clinic sites or community-based care locations may be required
