Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health conditions- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate- Provide patient education on disease prevention and health promotion- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Qualifications:- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program- Current FNP certification and South Carolina state licensure- DEA registration- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an FNP preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Commitment to ongoing professional development
