    Description

    We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced in family medicine and comfortable managing a full patient load in both private practice and telemedicine settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, and more.     What We Offer:

    Your Role:

    • Conduct patient assessments and provide follow-up care
    • Order and interpret lab tests and imaging as needed
    • Complete referral requests and coordinate patient care
    • Prescribe medications for chronic and acute conditions
    • Perform annual physicals and routine health screenings
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
    • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members


    Qualifications


    Education & Certification:

    • Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, etc.)
    • Active California State NP License
    • DEA License
    • BLS/ACLS Certification


    Experience:

    • Open to new graduates and experienced NPs (1-5+ years)


    Preferred Skills:

    • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) to better serve our diverse patient population
    • Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
