Description
We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team! The ideal candidate is experienced in family medicine and comfortable managing a full patient load in both private practice and telemedicine settings. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, chronic disease management, preventive care, and more. What We Offer:
Competitive Salary ($150,000 - $155,000)

Your Role:
Conduct patient assessments and provide follow-up care
Order and interpret lab tests and imaging as needed
Complete referral requests and coordinate patient care
Prescribe medications for chronic and acute conditions
Perform annual physicals and routine health screenings
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
Education & Certification:
Board Certification (ANCC, AANP, etc.)
Active California State NP License
DEA License
BLS/ACLS Certification
Experience:
Open to new graduates and experienced NPs (1-5+ years)
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) to better serve our diverse patient population
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
