A well-established outpatient medical group is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends, offering excellent work–life balance in a collaborative clinical environment.
Position Overview
The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient care while working closely with physicians, care coordinators, and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and health risk assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Provide wound care and perioperative support
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and long-term health
Qualifications
Licensed (PA/NP) in Minnesota or ability to obtain
Experience in family medicine, wound care, or perioperative care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
