This is an opportunity to practice full-spectrum medicine treating neighbors of all ages in a setting where your work directly impacts the health and equity of a rural population. As an FNP in our Rocky Mount clinic you wont just be seeing patients-youll be building the foundation of health for entire families. You will manage a diverse clinical panel ranging from pediatric wellness to complex geriatric chronic disease management. Comprehensive Care Provide outpatient services for patients of all ages pediatrics adults and geriatrics. Adult medicine focus is also welcomed. Rural Health Leadership Address the unique challenges of rural healthcare including social determinants of health and chronic disease prevalence. Collaborative Environment Work alongside a dedicated team of Advanced Practice Providers nurses and support staff committed to a patient-centered medical home model. Preventative Focus Lead initiatives in screenings immunizations and lifestyle counseling to improve long-term community outcomes. Qualifications 2 years of primary care experience required no new grads considered Must love building relationships with patients value bedside manner and possess excellent clinical skills Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations State licensure and board certification is required Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary Guaranteed base salary with productivity-based incentives.
