Company: One of the largest community health centers in Massachusetts, serving Worcester, Framingham, Milford, and surrounding communities Thriving, growing organization expanding its team across sites Inclusive workplace fostering teamwork, accountability, and respect Equal opportunity employer that embraces the diversity of its staff and community Mission-driven, focused on serving vulnerable populations Compensation: $125,000$135,000/year (subject to experience, licensure/certification, and location) Qualifies for the HRSA Loan Repayment Program Health insurance starting day 1 of employment, with employer covering 80% of premiums Short-term and long-term disability, 100% employer-paid Competitive retirement plan CME reimbursement 32 hours of clinical time and 8 hours of administrative time (administrative hours can be completed remotely) Job/Practice Description: Family Nurse Practitioner Deliver direct primary care and preventive services to children, adolescents, and adults Develop therapeutic care plans for prevention, management, and maintenance of good health Provide health education and counseling Manage acute and chronic illness and urgent care needs, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other team members Provide prenatal/postnatal care for uncomplicated pregnancies, in conjunction with physician partners, as approved by clinical privileges Provide family planning counseling and services Consult with and refer to physician partners for more complex cases Maintain and update EHR documentation per required standards Attend trainings, weekly provider/team meetings, and quality improvement projects Opportunity to provide clinical supervision and mentoring to NP, medical, and PA students May work a fluctuating schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as approved Requirements: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts 3+ years of Primary Care NP experience a plus Location offers: Vibrant suburban city just ~21 miles (25-30 min) from downtown Boston Direct MBTA commuter rail access to South Station One of the largest retail/shopping hubs in New England (Natick Mall nearby) Diverse community with strong dining, arts, and cultural scene Convenient commuter access for those who want Boston-area amenities without downtown living cost Show more Skills
