The Family Office Accountant will focus on bill pay and legal entity accounting for a select number of clients.ResponsibilitiesProvide bill payment services including all regular and non-recurring expensesOnboard clients onto the bill payment platform including reviewing and documenting all relevant bills and invoicesProvide cash flow support ensuring each entity's accounts are appropriately funded and all distributions are processedCoordinate all payments for lines of credit, loans, and insurance related premiumsProvide budgeting and cash flow projectionsMonitor investment activities with respect to liquidity managementPrepare financial statement on an entity basis including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flowsCoordinate with tax accountants on all tax related paymentsCoordinate with third parties with the fulfilment of charitable obligationsRequirementsBachelor's degree required2-4 years of related accounting experienceExperience working in a client facing role within public accounting, multifamily office, and/or single-family officeExperience with personal tax complianceAbility to maintain a chart of accounts and the general ledgerPrior experience with AgilLink a plusSalary Range$80,000-$125,000Seniority level Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Employment type Full-timeJob function Job function Accounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustries Staffing and RecruitingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Arrow Search Partners by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Accountant” roles.
