    Family Office Operations Manager


    A private family office is seeking an experienced Family Office Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-net-worth family and its related entities. This is a highly visible role responsible for financial administration, business operations, property oversight, and executive support.


    Responsibilities:


    • Oversee daily family office operations, including budgeting, cash flow, bill pay, and expense management.
    • Coordinate with accountants, attorneys, wealth advisors, and other trusted advisors.
    • Manage financial reporting, banking relationships, contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements.
    • Support operations across multiple family-owned entities and drive process improvements.
    • Maintain records, compliance documentation, and administrative workflows.
    • Coordinate multiple residences, including maintenance, renovations, vendors, and household staff.
    • Manage travel, calendars, events, philanthropic initiatives, and other executive support needs.
    • Handle confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 5+ years of experience in a family office, private office, business management, or executive support environment.
    • Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or family-owned businesses.
    • Strong financial, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and financial systems.
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
