Due to unprecedented growth, we are currently seeking 1-2 Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our exceptional care team at our Wellness Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care while partnering with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that improve long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive care
• Coordinate specialty referrals when appropriate
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Supervise one or more NP team members

Practice Medicine-Not Production Medicine

Forget the pressure of seeing 25-30 patients every day. Our physicians see an average of 8-14 patients daily, allowing you to provide comprehensive, personalized care instead of rushing from room to room. And with care-coordination/administrative time built into your schedule, there is never anything to do at night - no afterhours charting!

You'll have:

• 30- and 60-minute appointments
• Smaller patient panels
• Time to educate patients
• Time to build relationships
• Time to focus on prevention and long-term wellness

You are never expected to manage everything on your own. Our integrated care model surrounds both physicians and patients with an experienced care team that works together every day. Including working with your own Registered Nurse in the clinic!

• Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Rather than simply treating disease, you'll help patients improve their health through:

• Lifestyle Medicine
• Preventive Care
• Chronic Disease Management
• Nutrition Education
• Patient Education
• MD or DO from an accredited U.S. Medical School
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Current unrestricted medical license (New Mexico)
• Current BLS certification
