Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Family Medicine team. In this role you will deliver high-quality patient-centered primary care to an adult and pediatric demographic working collaboratively to support our Practice Lead and ensure exceptional continuity of care. You will join a highly collaborative clinic culture with an established clinical onboarding system and excellent staff retention. Scope of Practice Patient Population Lifespan care from ages 3 months and up including a large geriatric panel no newborns. Comprehensive Primary Care Handles acute visits preventive care annual wellness exams vaccines and sports physicals. Clinical Workflow Unhurried scheduling with 45 minutes for new patients 30 minutes for regular commercial visits and 15 minutes for routine follow-ups. Clinical Procedures Routine outpatient skills including ear washes simple suturing toenail removals and EKGs. Volume & Call A sustainable pace averaging 15 patients per day max 20. Light shared phone-only call 1 week at a time roughly 1 callweek screened first by an answering service. Qualifications Board Certified NP or PA. Open to all experience levels the practice is highly seasoned at training and mentoring new graduates. Active unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas. Proactive team-oriented mindset with strong organizational habits to collaborate with 11 dedicated MA support.
