The Position
The Family Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
No Evenings
No Weekends
Outpatient Only
Responsibilities
20+ Patients Per Day
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive care, annual wellness exams, and routine screenings
Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW)
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Texas Medical License or ability to obtain
Active DEA Registration or ability to obtain
