Your Role
+ Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
+ Perform history and physical examinations
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
+ Develop and manage patient care plans
+ Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
+ Support care for patients with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
+ Participate in quality improvement initiatives
+ Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory standards
+ Participate in shared on-call coverage
What We’re Looking For
Required:
+ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
+ Completion of an accredited residency program
+ Board Certified
+ Active New York State medical license
+ Recent outpatient experience
Preferred:
+ Experience in an FQHC or underserved setting
+ Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English)
