We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope primary care in a relationship-based model. What Youll Do
• Deliver direct patient care, including preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and, if applicable, inpatient care. • Conduct comprehensive exams and screenings for health maintenance. • Document clinical observations and maintain timely, accurate medical records. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and chart reviews. • Serve as a preceptor for providers in training. • Provide call coverage and inpatient care as required. • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and clinic safety standards. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the diverse health and social needs of our patients.
As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission of equitable community-based care - bringing both clinical expertise and compassionate leadership to our team.
What You Bring
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. • Graduation from an accredited medical school. • Current Oregon medical license. • DEA registration and CPR certification. • Experience in community health centers or underserved settings (preferred). • Strong understanding of FQHC operations, compliance, and clinical protocols. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based setting. • Commitment to confidentiality and culturally responsive care. • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
