Family Medicine Physician

Our client is a growing nonprofit community health organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality healthcare to underserved individuals and families throughout Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Their whole-person model addresses both medical needs and the social factors affecting each patient’s overall health and well-being.

• $232,000 base salary

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
• Work collaboratively within an integrated care team
• Perform examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic testing
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications within Pennsylvania guidelines
• Refer patients to specialists and community resources when appropriate
• Counsel and educate patients regarding their physical and mental health
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Stay current with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practices
• Complete patient, billing, and third-party payer documentation promptly
• Participate in required staff meetings, team meetings, and training

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Commitment to culturally sensitive care
• Passion for serving diverse and underserved communities
