The Position
Our client is seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join their collaborative primary care team. This physician will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, with approximately 50% of the patient population consisting of pediatric patients, including newborns. Providers work within a team-based model utilizing Epic EMR and are supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active North Carolina Medical License or Ability to Obtain
- Current CPR Certification
- New Graduates Encouraged to Apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric and adult patients
- See approximately 18–22 patients per day
- Obtain patient histories, perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans
- Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and coordinate specialty referrals as needed
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and other Care Team members
- Participate in a shared call schedule
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and provider meetings
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, HRSA, CLIA, and other regulatory standards
- Support the mission and values of a faith-based healthcare organization
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Hours generally between 7:45 AM and 5:00 PM
- Full-Time, Exempt Position
