Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to take over a practice in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This is a full-time opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conduct wellness exams, and manage preventive care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with a team of 3 APPs and MAs 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted South Carolina Medical License (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
