JOB SUMMARY:
Olympic Medical Physicians Primary Care clinics are located in Port Angeles and Sequim, on Washington States beautiful North Olympic Peninsula. We have an immediate opening for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collegial team. Highlights of the practice include:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Graduate of a physician assistant program and certified by WA State
OR
Master of Science in Nursing, Masters of Nursing, or equivalent Nurse Practitioner Degree
Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements.
Experience
2 years prior primary care experience preferred, but not required.
Licensure/Credentials
Current Washington State RN Licensure and current Washington State ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in Washington State
OR
Current Washington State PA-C licensure and prescriptive authority
Maintains current DEA registration. Buprenorphine waiver preferred, but not required.
Maintains current [BLS or ACLS] certification.
Maintains appropriate privileges and membership on the OMC Medical Staff.

Advocates for patient-centered care. Highly skilled in effective interpersonal communication and diplomatic relations with public, patients, nursing staff, supervisors and coworkers. Consistently demonstrates ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible manner.
