Join a Primary Care group that is committed to providing physicians with the tools & support needed to care for your patients while maintaining a meaningful work-life balance. Work alongside 4 FP’s & an experienced APP team. Clinical responsibilities involve a full scope of outpatient family medicine including some ancillary services. Office based procedures encouraged & supported. Share call 1:5 (only by phone). Compensation includes a generous salary, incentives, relo/vaca/CME, retirement, benefits, malpractice, sign-on bonus & may include student loan assistance. Servicing over 200K residents, this part of NW Indiana provides a variety of recreational activities from youth basketball camps to triathlons, a historic downtown featuring street-side cafes, antique & specialty shops, outdoor concerts & award-winning theatres & dynamic museums.
