Job Details

Job Details
Provide full-scope primary care for patients across the lifespan, including assessments, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
Order and interpret labs, imaging and other diagnostics to guide clinical decisions.
Develop evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications and preventive care within scope of practice.
Educate patients and families on prevention, wellness and chronic disease self-management.
Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and keep EMR documentation timely and accurate.

Requirements
MSN or DNP degree.
Current, unrestricted NP license in New Jersey.
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Primary care, family practice or community health experience preferred; experience with underserved populations is a plus.
