Required Skills:
- Valid CA medical license (in-hand)
- DEA license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience
- Fluency in Spanish is essential
- Strong communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to perform effectively in a mobile clinic environment and at fixed locations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required; Board Eligible candidates considered)
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records
- Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatric and adult patients
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing day-to-day needs and clinic locations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD)
- Licensed to practice in California
- At least 2 years of outpatient family practice experience, with additional preference for candidates experienced in mobile care settings
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in both mobile and brick-and-mortar clinics
- Availability to attend a full week of orientation (Monday-Friday)
- Able to start by November 24, 2025
- Commitment to scheduled hours (10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
- Comfortable working with all age groups from children to seniors
