Job Details

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a provider who values culturally responsive care and is passionate about serving diverse and underserved populations.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while addressing both medical and social needs of patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care including preventive, chronic, and acute care
  • Perform patient evaluations including history, physical exams, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement care plans in alignment with best practices
  • Prescribe medications and coordinate diagnostic testing and referrals
  • Collaborate with care team members to deliver patient-centered care
  • Educate patients on health conditions and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Complete required documentation for billing, compliance, and patient support services
  • Stay current with clinical guidelines and standards of care

Qualifications
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
  • Active Pennsylvania medical license (or ability to obtain)
  • English proficiency required
  • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred
  • Prenatal care experience is a plus
