Job Title: Family Practice Physician
No. of Positions or Candidates Required: 2

Duration: 1-year base + 2 option years

Shift Schedule:
Full-time coverage
Clinic-based schedule
May include weekday coverage and potential extended hours based on facility needs
How Many Shifts Needed per Month: ~20–22 shifts per month (based on 2080 hours/year)

License:
Active, valid, unrestricted Physician License (any U.S. state)
DEA License (required)

Certifications:
Board Certified in Family Practice
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Experience Needed:
Completion of 36 months Family Practice Residency (U.S.)
Minimum 1 year experience in specialty

Special Skills Needed:
Outpatient primary care
Diagnosis and treatment across all age groups
Preventive care and chronic disease management
EMR/EHR documentation
Ability to work in rural/tribal healthcare settings
Strong clinical decision-making and patient management
Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6–8 Weeks

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all age groups
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic illnesses
Perform routine check-ups, preventive care, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with IHS and federal healthcare standards
Participate in quality improvement and patient care initiatives
