Position SummaryFox Valley Medical Associates seeks a full-time Family Practice Registered Nurse to deliver safe, compliant clinical support in an onsite physician office setting in Batavia, IL. This role exists to ensure timely patient assessment, accurate documentation, and coordinated care delivery across daily clinic operations.Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as ordered; performing EKGs and other diagnostic testing; supporting patient education and follow-up; coordinating labs, imaging, and referrals; maintaining precise clinical documentation within the electronic medical record; and adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Medicare requirements.Required qualifications and skills:- Active RN license in the state of practice and current CPR certification- 2–5 years of physician office/clinical nursing experience- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication capabilities- Proficiency with EMR workflows-Schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, some weekends)- Bilingual Spanish speaking REQUIREDCompensation: $32.00–$44.00 per hour. Throughout the day, you will balance steady patient flow with occasional urgent add-ons, documenting in real time and maintaining privacy standards. The day concludes with final chart checks, follow-up coordination, and readiness planning for the next clinic session.
