Compensation Details:
•$374,000+ guaranteed, ongoing base salary
•Production bonus with earning potential reaching $450,000+
•Recruiting incentives include $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and a residency/fellowship stipend
•6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
