My name is Jason Long with ProTouch Staffing. We have a Client in the Tacoma Washington area in search of a Locum Primary care Physician to join their team for a long-term coverage assignment. Compet itive compensation, malpractice w/ tail and travel expenses included. Candidates with their IMLC Letter of Qualification (\"LOQ\") in-hand at time of submission are welcome to apply!
Assignment Details:
Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc.
Required Procedures: none
Patients per day/volume:18 - 20
Responsible of Mid-Level Providers: No
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: MA/LPN
Reason for Coverage: Provider on extended Medical leave + currently recruiting growth position.
Deal breakers: Need a locum who will do full time coverage for 2 weeks/mo min.
Schedule/Availability Requirements :
Est. days per month needing covered: M - F/weekly
Minimum number of shifts preferred/month (2 weeks/month etc): Full Time preferred
Minimum length of commitment required: 6 months
Are there any specific or urgent dates needing coverage? General coverage at this point
Multiple part time locums accepted to fill the schedule? Yes, no more than 2. Full time is preferred
Shift Details (start/end times etc): 7:30a - 5:30p
Eligibility Requirements :
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active WA License or IMLC (LOQ must be uploaded or submission will be rejected)
Clean Malpractice/Background preferred
BLS, DEA
