Family Practice - Without OB Physician

URGENT: Locum Ongoing Family/Internal Med Provider needed ASAP in Tucson, AZ

Location: Tucson, AZ; Great place to spend fall and winter

Setting: Outpatient

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: Ongoing through the end of the year. One physician ASAP through October; One physician ASAP through 12/31 or longer.

Coverage: Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p

Requirements

• BC FM or IM Doctor
• Must be able to see all ages
• Active, unrestricted AZ license
• Clean DEA & NPDB (no current suits or active cases) DEA must be AZ.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Must have the following immunizations: MMR. Varicella, Tdap, TB Skin Test

Support available: 2 MAs

EMR: Athena

Volume: 18-24 patients per shift / 3 exam rooms

Travel & Lodging provided

Malpractice Insurance provided
