    FAMILY PRESERVATION SPECIALIST

    Full-Time / Salaried / JusticeWorks YouthCare

    Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends
    Location: Hamilton County, OH
    Pay Range: $38,000-$44,000/ yearly

    About the Role
     
    JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a dedicated Family Preservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support families during the reunification process. You will provide hands-on case management, parenting education, and family support services while collaborating with professionals such as social workers, psychologists, and educators to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
     
    Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or high school diploma with one (1) year of experience working with youth and families
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable access to a vehicle
    • Ability to pass all required background clearances
    • Ability to pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
    • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
    What You’ll Do
    • Work in partnership with JFS to support family reunification efforts
    • Provide case management services and parenting education/classes
    • Promote inclusive, strengths-based teamwork with families and community partners
    • Support parents in developing skills to safely care for their children
    • Transport clients using your personal vehicle as needed
    • Maintain accurate documentation and meet program and compliance standards
