Who We Are Looking For:

Are you the Family Partner we’ve been searching for? In this role, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for helping others while working with our youth!

JRI’s Community Service Agencies are committed to delivering comprehensive wraparound services for youth under 21 who are diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance. These services cater to those who need multiple forms of support or are engaged with various child-serving systems, including child welfare, special education, or juvenile justice.

The family partner position is essential to our team’s mission to assist young people. Family partners work alongside caregivers, offering support, demonstrating positive behaviors, and guiding them throughout their journey. These partners are chosen for their personal experiences, having successfully navigated their own journeys with children, grandchildren, or foster children who have mental health needs.

The Family Partner will collaborate closely with a Clinician and other Family Resource Center (FRC) staff on-site to deliver standardized screening, assessment, service planning, and referral services for families in need of support.

Additionally, the Family Partner will co-facilitate family and youth groups alongside the Clinician. This position offers a chance for creativity and adaptability, providing a unique opportunity to participate in the program planning and launch of an exciting new resource for families in the Northshore area!
