Family Service Counselor

Immediate need for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Professional seeking rewarding position with our well-established Funeral Home in Kennewick. Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Looking for two main attributes:

A compassionate caregiver -- with the ability to achieve a level of intimacy with families within the community and build trust through empathy; and an extroverted seller -- with the ability to understand and address concerns as they arise, educate families on the benefits of protecting their loved ones, and finalize all necessary details for the sale.

Responsibilities include following-up on marketing leads, assisting in designing a personalized funeral service, and recommending a financial arrangement to fit their budget. Must be proficient at scheduling and coordinating appointments, and be able to provide excellent, professional customer service, detailed follow-through, and a keen ability to multi-task will also be keys to success in this position. Candidates with a current Life Insurance license preferred.

This is a consultative sales opportunity with potential of 60K to 75K+ in the 1st year.

Requirements

Must have a current driver's license and be able to become licensed as a Life Insurance agent in the state of Washington.
