Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Must have computer skills and ability to maintain an effective database for program reporting. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Experience working with families of diverse races, cultures and languages preferred. In addition to all BOE requirements, must be able to adhere to all federal Head Start standards.
