Experience: 2 years of paid experience working with children and families
Knowledge of the foster care system is preferred
Experience in documentation
Skills: Punctual and reliable
Good oral and written communication skills
Can work as part of a team
Able to manage a case load of clients
Other: Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have auto insurance
Use of a personal vehicle is required to transport clients
DUTIES:
- Manage a case load of contracted clients through DCYF
- Supervise visits between children and their parents
- Work as a team player
- Keep records of all contact with clients
- Fill out the appropriate paperwork and billing forms as needed
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements
- Be able to work independently
- Perform other duties, within reason, as assigned
