$2000 Sign-On Bonus
- Provide case management services for youth and their families with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders as part of the Family Support Team to promote connection and stabilization of family unit
- Provide services in the community; including school, home, etc.
- Attend and participate in team meeting twice weekly
- Interact with community partners and other stakeholders, as appropriate.
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, coordinate and provide treatment and supportive services to youth and their families.
- Provide appropriate referrals for additional services and resources, as identified.
- Provide support and advocate for children and family's rights and needs.
- Assist with identifying non-clinical needs of the youth and families

- Bachelor's degree in human services field.
- Experience working with children and / or families preferred.
- Ability to pass a level II Background clearance and drug test.
- Valid FL drivers' license, insurance, and safe driving record.
