About the Role
Are you a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact? National Counseling Group (NCG), is seeking a Functional Family Therapist (FFT) to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with youth and their families to address challenging behaviors through a structured, evidence-based treatment model. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, engage families in active, change-oriented therapy, and implement individualized treatment plans focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. Carrying a caseload of 10–12 clients, you will collaborate closely with families and community systems to build trust, ensure engagement, and support long-term success. Your work will include maintaining clear documentation aligned with the FFT model, participating in supervision and training, and delivering direct clinical services that make a tangible difference in the lives of those you serve. Compensation
This role is compensated on a variable rate model, designed to reward productivity while providing consistent earning opportunity through established referral volume.
Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
This is a variable rate non-exempt position with unlimited earning potential. Your effort drives your earnings, no limits.
