    Role Summary

    Are you passionate about helping families create lasting memories through travel? We're seeking friendly, organized, and service-driven individuals to join our growing remote team as Family Travel Specialist.

    As a Family Travel Specialist, you'll work with parents, grandparents, and multi-generational families to design vacations that fit their needs, interests, and budget. From beach resorts and theme park adventures to cruises, holiday vacations, and international getaways, you'll help coordinate every stage of the planning process so families can focus on making memories together.

    Responsibilities

    • Connect with families to understand their vacation goals, travel dates, group size, and budget
    • Research destinations, family-friendly resorts, cruises, hotels, vacation rentals, and attraction packages
    • Recommend travel options that best match each family's preferences and needs
    • Arrange accommodations, transportation, transfers, tours, excursions, and other travel services
    • Explain vacation packages, available promotions, travel protection, and booking options
    • Assist with reservation updates, special requests, and itinerary adjustments
    • Communicate with clients through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging platforms
    • Coordinate with approved travel suppliers to secure reservations and verify booking details
    • Review confirmations, itineraries, and travel documentation for completeness and accuracy
    • Maintain organized client records and reservation information using company systems
    • Provide responsive, professional support throughout the entire travel planning experience

    Qualifications

    • Interest in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
    • Proficient with computers and willing to learn online booking systems
    • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
    • Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to develop professionally
    • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must reside in the US, UK, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
