Fannie Mae DUS Multifamily CRE SME

We are seeking a Client DUS Multifamily CRE Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a major loan portfolio acquisition and migration initiative. The client is acquiring a multifamily loan portfolio from a Client DUS (Delegated Underwriting and Servicing) servicer, and the portfolio will be migrated into the acquiring bank's internal loan systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Client DUS Multifamily and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans, including servicing workflows, reporting requirements, and portfolio onboarding/migration activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Support migration and onboarding of multifamily CRE loan portfolios into internal systems
• Provide SME guidance on Client DUS servicing, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Validate loan data, servicing records, and portfolio mapping activities
• Partner with business, operations, servicing, and technology teams during migration efforts
• Assist with issue resolution, process validation, and operational readiness

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Client DUS Multifamily/CRE loans
• Deep understanding of DUS servicing and reporting requirements
• Experience supporting loan portfolio acquisitions, conversions, or migrations
• Strong knowledge of multifamily/commercial real estate lending operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
