Step into a day on the floor
It’s 6:00 AM and you’re walking into a clean, safe shop where aerospace, defense, energy, mining, and transportation components take shape. You review the traveler, pull up the program on the FANUC control, and mount a forged workpiece. Offsets are dialed in, tools are verified, and the first cut sings. You hold tight GD&T callouts, chase surface finishes, and verify every feature with trusted gauges. Mid-morning, you’re toggling between two machines—one a 4-axis VMC, the other a horizontal—keeping cycle times tight and quality tighter. After lunch, a quick light setup and tooling change keeps production flowing. Before 4:30 PM, you’ve inspected parts to spec, documented conformance, and left your station spotless for tomorrow.
