What You’ll Do as an Industrial Maintenance Technician:- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform food-safe repairs on production machinery
- Maintain and repair equipment in a food production facility
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Conduct predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following food safety standards
What You Need to Bring to the Industrial Maintenance Technician Role:- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Drive to learn and get things done
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Good communication skills
- Prior fabrication, basic electrical, or machining experience is a plus
